When email first came into use, it was an excellent way to communicate. It was fast, efficient and uncluttered by many others trying to send messages. The phone ended up becoming a slower way to communicate, due to gatekeepers and its overuse. How you manage your ability to communicate with your customers, vendors and prospects can be a dramatic difference that separates you from your competition. Ask your people how they prefer for you to communicate with them, and then use that route! Tell us in the comments what types of communications you see as being the most and least effective.
